• Americas: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Mexico, Puerto Rico, USA.
• Asia & Middle East: Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates.
• Oceania: Australia, French Polynesia, New Zealand.

Shipping Costs

Use our shipping cost calculator at the top of the page to quickly and transparently determine the shipping cost for your country.

• Exact shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
• Free shipping (B2C only): For orders over €200 we ship within Germany free of charge. Note: This offer applies exclusively to consumers (B2C). Business customers (B2B) are excluded.
• If part of a previously free shipment is returned, shipping costs will be recalculated if the remaining order value falls below €200.
• For shipments outside the EU, additional costs (e.g. import VAT, customs duties, handling fees) may apply. These are not charged by us and must be paid by the recipient.

Delivery Time

After receipt of payment, delivery usually takes 2–6 working days within Germany. International delivery times may vary. You can track the current status via shipment tracking.

Deviating delivery times stated on individual product pages take precedence.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Germany: 2–5 working days
• Europe (incl. UK, Norway, Switzerland): 3–10 working days
• Overseas (e.g. USA, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, South Africa): 9–20 working days

Local Pickup: You can pick up your order at our premises during opening hours – payment by cash or card is possible.

Payment & Ordering Process

1. Select Products: Add items to the shopping cart.
2. Enter Data: Provide delivery and billing address; create an account or order as guest.
3. Select Payment Method:
   • Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
   • PayPal (incl. credit card / SEPA direct debit)
   • Credit Card
   • Apple Pay
   • Google Pay
   • Cash on Pickup
   For business customers additionally: Invoice and SEPA Direct Debit (after approval/activation).
4. Select Shipping Method: DHL, DPD or pickup on site.
5. Review & Complete Order: Check the overview and confirm with “Order with obligation to pay”.

After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order via email.
