Information for Business Customers and Dealers
As a business customer, you benefit from net prices, quantity discounts and professional support. Here you can learn how B2B purchasing works in our online shop.
Overview: Two Ways to Purchase B2B
- Purchase without registration: Enter your VAT ID during checkout → automatic validation → the total amount will be adjusted by the tax portion (within the EU, except DE).
- Purchase as a registered dealer: Dealer account with activated net prices, volume discounts and prioritized support.
Note: The “Business Customer” toggle in the top bar only changes the display between gross and net prices. It does not replace a login and has no tax effect.

Purchase without Registration (VAT ID at Checkout)
You can place B2B orders without creating an account. Enter your valid VAT ID during the checkout step. After successful real-time validation, the amount for EU companies outside Germany will be shown net.
Note on VAT ID validation: We validate VAT IDs in real time via the EU Commission’s VIES. If there are technical problems with the automatic check, please contact our support team.
Recommendation: For dealers without a VAT ID (e.g. outside the EU), we recommend using a registered dealer account.
Purchase as a Registered Dealer
With a dealer account, you benefit from quantity discounts, permanently activated net prices after login and technical support.
How activation works:
- Register and select the customer group “Dealer”.
- Add your VAT ID (if available) and – if possible – a business certificate (JPG/PDF/PNG, max. 800 KB).
- We review your information and confirm activation by email.
Price Display & Toggle (Gross / Net)
How the display works:
- Without login: Prices are shown including VAT (gross) by default. The toggle can switch the view to net prices, but this is for display only.
- With dealer login (activated): All prices are shown automatically net, plus VAT. The toggle only changes the display, not the conditions.
- VAT ID at checkout (no account): For EU companies outside Germany, once a valid VAT ID is verified, invoicing is done net (intra-Community supply). Without a valid VAT ID, German VAT applies.
- Outside the EU: Orders are invoiced net; import VAT and duties are collected in the destination country.
Discounts & Quantity Prices
Logged-in dealers see net prices. Some categories may have global dealer discounts (e.g. 10 % off a category); these are already included in the displayed prices.
Many products also offer quantity-based pricing. The tier overview is shown on each product page next to the base price. Discounts are applied automatically once the corresponding quantity is reached.
Important: The amounts in the cart and checkout are decisive. They consider your delivery country, VAT ID validation and login status.
Who Can Obtain a B2B Account?
Our program is aimed at resellers, workshops, tuning companies and motorcycle parts & accessories dealers. A valid business certificate is required. For dealers outside the EU, a short company proof (company name, website) is sufficient.
Ordering, Payment & Shipping
After login, several secure payment methods are available (e.g. prepayment, PayPal, credit card and – after activation – invoice purchase and SEPA direct debit). Binding terms regarding payment, delivery and retention of title are available after login in your Sales and Delivery Terms.
Important: Special conditions apply to B2B transactions (e.g. no statutory right of withdrawal for orders placed in the course of your business activity). The full Sales and Delivery Terms are available in your dealer area after login.
Public information about shipping methods, delivery times and international destinations can be found under Order & Shipping.
FAQ for Business Customers
How long does activation take?
Usually 1–2 working days after receiving all documents.
Can we order without a VAT ID?
Yes. If you do not have a VAT ID, you can still order. In this case, prices and invoices will include the applicable VAT. This applies to German companies without a VAT ID as well as to private customers.
For EU-based companies: only with a valid, verifiable VAT ID can delivery be VAT-exempt (intra-Community). Without it, German VAT applies.
Dealers outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK, Norway) can also order without a VAT ID; invoices are net, and import VAT is collected locally.
Why do I see net prices in the list but gross in the cart?
Possible reasons: not logged in or dealer account not yet activated; invalid VAT ID; different delivery country; or the toggle only shows a net view while legal data for calculation are missing. The amounts at checkout are always decisive.
