Honda XL650V – year of manufacture 2003
This is how Diego solved the installation – unfortunately we cannot guarantee that it works correctly, as we were not able to check the installation ourselves.
Oil reservoir 60 ml
Under the pillion seat
Metering valve
Attached under the cross brace of the seat mount.
Nozzle
At the rear sprocket, outer side. Nozzle bracket glued to the inside of the chain slider.
Switched 12 V supply
Ground connection and control wire tapped at the taillight connector: green = ground, brown = light, yellow/green = brake
Rain switch
On the right-hand side of the handlebar, lower bolt of the mirror mount.
Control unit
Attached under the cross brace of the seat mount.
