Husqvarna Norden 901 Expedition – year of manufacture 2023
This is how BEROTEC solved the installation – unfortunately we cannot guarantee that it works correctly, as we were not able to check the installation ourselves.
Oil reservoir 60 ml
Under the rear fairing – on the left-hand side of the frame, level with the front seat (with the variable reservoir vent fitted in addition).
Metering valve
Fitted the angle bracket to the vertical frame tube with cable ties and foam, and attached the metering valve to it.
Nozzle
At the rear sprocket, outer side – take care when routing the hose so that the oil line is not damaged by the chain – see the YouTube video.
Switched 12 V supply
ACC2 connection (black-red wire) at the rear. An ACC splitter was also fitted here to gain an additional connection point.
Rain switch
On the left-hand side of the handlebar, at the lower bolt of the hand guard.
Control unit
Cables bundled and stowed under the pillion seat.
