Triumph Tiger 800 XRt – year of manufacture 2019
oil reservoir 60 ml
On the left frame tube. The oil reservoir rests on the brace of the pannier rack. A piece of the self-adhesive foam rubber was stuck underneath there. The filler connection is fitted close to the inner panel and was shortened to fit. The hose is led inwards through an existing opening.
metering valve
The metering valve is secured under the cross brace with cable ties. Here, too, a piece of the self-adhesive foam rubber was stuck in between as padding.
nozzle
The nozzle was fitted inside the chain guard. For this, the supplied guide was glued into the chain guard and a hole drilled at the front for the hose to pass through. Before bonding, the chain guard was cleaned and degreased with chain cleaner and brake cleaner.
switched 12 V supply
The connection for the USB socket is at the rear under the luggage shelf. The white wire was tapped there with a branch connector.

On the left-hand side of the handlebar
control unit
The control unit was secured under the seat behind the cross brace with 3M hook-and-loop pads. The excess cables were bundled and attached to the cable of the diagnostic connector.

oil reservoir 60 ml
Fitted on the left side under the luggage rack. To secure the cable ties I drilled holes in the side panel (not visible from outside).
metering valve
I attached the metering valve on the right side with hook-and-loop tape
nozzle
I routed the oil hose through the existing drain in the battery compartment towards the swingarm. To protect the oil hose I also used the BEROTEC heat protection sleeve (available as an accessory).
switched 12 V supply
I was able to tap the 12 V connection directly at the existing connector (green wire); I made the connection with a sealed connector. (LOUIS) item no. 10032689
rain switch
On the left-hand side of the handlebar. The cable was routed together with the Bowden cables; to do this I removed the left side panel and led the cable along that side towards the battery.
control unit
I attached the control unit next to the battery with hook-and-loop tape
