1 For consumers (B2C), free shipping within Germany from €200 order value. Business customers (B2B) excluded.
- The Large parcel price tier with its own rate applies only to Worldwide – Zone 1. Large items are shipped to all other destinations as well – without a separate Large parcel surcharge.
- In the event of a partial withdrawal from an order that originally qualified for free shipping, shipping costs are charged proportionally if the remaining order value falls below €200.
- For shipments outside the EU, additional costs (import VAT, customs duties, the carrier’s handling fees) may apply. These are to be borne by the recipient. Exception USA: delivery as DDP, where customs duties and import fees are already included.
Small parcel, Parcel and Large parcel differ according to the weight or volume of the items. The appropriate shipping method and the exact amount are shown automatically in the cart and at checkout.

Delivery time
After receipt of payment, the following guide values generally apply. Any different delivery times stated on the individual product pages take precedence. You will receive the current status via shipment tracking.
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- Europe (EU, rest of Europe, Switzerland): 3–10 business days
- USA: 7–10 business days
- Overseas & worldwide: 9–20 business days
Local pickup: During our opening hours you can pick up your order directly from us – payment in cash or by card is possible.
