BMW F 650 – year of manufacture 1998
This is how vosse solved the installation – unfortunately we cannot guarantee that it works correctly, as we were not able to check the installation ourselves.
Oil reservoir 60 ml
Attached to the right frame rail under the side panel. Do not mount it too low, otherwise you get too close to the exhaust!
Metering valve
Fitted on the back of the right pillion footpeg. Directly above it, the T-piece for the refill hose is attached to the rear brake fluid reservoir.
Nozzle
Secured to the chain guide with the supplied bracket and stabilised towards the front with an adhesive pad on the underside of the swingarm. On gravel the nozzle is thus well protected from stones.
Switched 12 V supply
the light is switched (helpful for example when adjusting the carburettor while stationary).
Rain switch
On the left-hand side of the handlebar
Control unit
Attached to the frame under the seat with foam rubber padding and two cable ties. The switch points slightly upwards and is therefore very easy to reach.

Oil reservoir 60 ml
I fitted the oil reservoir in the rear part of the machine, above the CDI unit.
Metering valve
Next to the wiring and the rear brake and indicator lights.
Nozzle
Behind the lower chain guard.
Switched 12 V supply
Tapped at the blue-white wire of the rear position light.
Rain switch
On the handlebar, next to the heated grips.
Control unit
On the frame next to the battery.
