This is how Seeby solved the installation – unfortunately we cannot guarantee that it works correctly, as we were not able to check the installation ourselves.

Oil reservoir 60 ml

The oil reservoir was fitted on the left in the direction of travel, under the pillion seat. Secured with a perforated strap to an existing thread in the cross brace. To protect the reservoir, it was covered with the supplied self-adhesive foam tape in the area of the strap.

Metering valve

The metering valve was attached under the rider’s seat, on the left in the direction of travel, to the inside of the plastic housing of the tool compartment. Secured with two 6 mm holes on the left and right of the valve and a cable tie.

Nozzle

The nozzle was mounted on the swingarm to apply oil to the outside of the rear sprocket.

Switched 12 V supply

The switched positive was taken under the pillion seat, on the right in the direction of travel, from the red wire supplying the taillight and licence plate light, using a branch connector.

Rain switch

The rain switch was attached at the bottom of the left switchgear; the cable was routed along the original wiring harness through the existing rubber grommets on the left side to the tool bag compartment.

Control unit

The control unit was bundled together with the remaining cables in the tool compartment and secured with cable ties.
