This is how Willi solved the installation – unfortunately we cannot guarantee that it works correctly, as we were not able to check the installation ourselves.

Oil reservoir 120 ml

The oil reservoir is fitted behind the left side panel.

Metering valve

The metering valve is mounted on the left behind the side panel. The connection for refilling is fitted ahead of the metering valve. The filler hose lies next to the battery, so refilling is easy once the seat is removed.

Nozzle

The nozzle is attached under the swingarm and applies the oil to the chain directly at the rear sprocket.

Switched 12 V supply

The permanent positive was clamped to a fused positive; the positive control wire is connected to the positive (grey wire) of the taillight.

Rain switch

The rain switch is fitted into the fairing at the front.

Control unit

The control unit is fitted under the seat, with foam rubber glued into the tray beneath it and the unit stuck sideways to the panel with double-sided tape. A hole was drilled in the wall of the tray in front of the unit so that adjustment works without any trouble.
