oil reservoir 120 ml

positioned under the cross brace above the oil reservoir, behind the fuel pump, in the compartment for the original onboard toolkit. Excess cable can also be coiled up and stowed there.

metering valve

Attached to the mount of the rear brake fluid reservoir using the supplied bracket.

nozzle

Positioned at 7 o’clock on the underside of the swingarm with a self-adhesive bracket.

switched 12 V supply

In the taillight, at the brake light / taillight contact (same wire colour as the switching wire of the MOFESSOR, on a 6.3 mm tab). However, you have to create a little more distance from the rear wall with three 4 mm spacers. Otherwise there is not enough height for the MOFESSOR connector to fit. Unfortunately, because of the lighting conditions, only outlines can be seen in the photo. Note on the 12 V basic supply: this can be taken at the jump-start point, with the ground screw just to the left of it (just below the dummy tank).

rain switch

On the left of the handlebar, where a phone or GPS mount – or both – can also be fitted. The clamp used is a makeshift solution for want of the right size (the odds-and-ends box had nothing better).

control unit

Attached to the inner fender in front of the seat lock, on the right frame tube. With a thick rubber pad for vibration damping (to protect the electronics).

oil reservoir 120 ml

The oil reservoir is fixed below the fuel tank (right side) to the frame (tab for the luggage system) using a home-made auxiliary construction (sheet steel) attached to the tab located there. Towards the tab, the reservoir is padded with the supplied foam rubber.

metering valve

The metering valve is attached to the inside of the bracket arm of the right pillion footpeg. Here, too, a pad of self-adhesive foam rubber.

nozzle

The nozzle is fastened with the supplied clamp at the lower fixing point of the chain guard and stabilised further along with one of the adhesive pads.

switched 12 V supply

The switched positive is tapped directly next to the control unit on the brake light wire (black-white wire).

rain switch

The rain switch is attached to the handlebar (on the left at the GPS mount). The supplied mounting plate is too short for fitting it to the hand guard.

control unit

The control unit is under the seat, attached beneath the left frame tube. The adjustment wheel faces forwards, so it can be readjusted without removing anything. The cables can be stowed in the tray for the onboard toolkit (the tools still fit in as well).
