oil reservoir 60 ml

In the tool compartment under the pillion seat. Two holes for the hose pass-through are necessary. In addition, a piece has to be cut out of the shell of the pillion seat padding, as otherwise the seat rests on the oil reservoir. Under the reservoir there is a layer of foam, because the compartment does not offer a smooth bearing surface.

metering valve

On the left next to the battery in the direction of travel. Secured with an adhesive pad and a cable tie, and wrapped in foam.

nozzle

There are two M6 threaded holes on the underside of the swingarm near the spindle. Drill out the small clamp a little and it fits perfectly. I routed the oil line upwards on the right side, because things are quite tight and hot on the left.

switched 12 V supply

Remove the rubber cap from the rear onboard socket (on the left in the direction of travel, not the USB socket), pull off the connector and prise out the positive terminal (red) with a paperclip. Solder the switched positive to the end – or use the branch connector. Finally put the rubber cap back on.

rain switch

Drill a suitable hole in the instrument panel and push the cable through from top to bottom. Remove the nut first, then refit and tighten it after pushing the cable through. Then pull the cable through to the rear under the left panel.

control unit

Between the battery and the tool compartment under the rider’s seat there is a fairly large recess; the control unit and all the remaining cable clutter fit in there. It would also be conceivable as an alternative spot for the small oil reservoir.

oil reservoir 60 ml

Standard oil reservoir fitted crosswise in the compartment under the pillion seat, secured with cable ties.

metering valve

Under the rider’s seat, on the left next to the battery.

nozzle

Below the left swingarm, attached with a clamp to the thread in the swingarm. Nozzle sitting against the outside of the rear sprocket.

switched 12 V supply

Both positive wires and the negative wire were fitted to one connector, which was plugged into the socket under the pillion seat. It is switched with the ignition.

rain switch

Switch attached to the lower thread of the left hand guard. Use a longer bolt, as the original one is too short and countersunk.

control unit

Under the pillion seat, in front of the MOFESSOR oil reservoir, with a cable tie on the plastic box. Drill the holes for this carefully.
